As developed countries like UK and Singapore progress, their citizens have easy access to fast food and become less active.
There are millions of fitness apps and wearables out there. Why do some succeed while others are unheard of? We took to studying competitors’ apps and human psychology to come up with an app that truly understands what the target users need. After a week of research and another on street interviewing, from gyms, cafes, fast food centres, shopping areas to friends who seriously want to lose weight but always falls off the wagon, it was incredible to find that they need motivation and an end goal that not only includes results of them losing weight but something to reward them.
MOVE. An app that rewards you with real incentives. The more you move, the more rewards you unlock. And these rewards work hand in hand with your weight lost goal. Discounts and vouchers from fresh food cafes, organic supermarkets, fitness centres, sports wear to bookstores.
The User Experience research took around 6 intensive weeks starting from personas, numerous research, interviews, user flows, navigation, wire-framing, prototyping and user testings.
