Lilian Lee is a UX Designer based in Singapore. Formerly an Art Director, she took a two-year sabbatical away from ad land, during which she worked on organic farms in Scandinavia, dabbled as a hostel maestro in The Netherlands, took up a course in User Experience Research in London, and hopped around the rest of the continent for tech hackathons.
She was also based in Shanghai for a period of time and relished every second of it, smoggy air and all.
Currently a part of Google’s Social Lab, she finds herself at home with like-minded folks and learns something new every day from fellow geeks at work.
Her after-hours interests include: Game of Thrones, The Walking Dead, anything by Stephen King, chilly 10-degree weather, and wishing winter is here (she’s secretly in love with The White Walkers). She perpetually thirsts for adventure and hungers for nasi lemak.
She has an ongoing personal side project, Say What?, a language-learning card game she founded back in 2016. Ever wanted to witness verbal diarrhea in real time? Just ask her about Say What?.
